Aw, parenthood. Not gonna lie–there were times I had to tell myself: “don’t throw your child out the window… don’t throw your child out the window…” One more cup of coffee ought to get me through this. The first six… maybe they were decaf?
Jokes aside, any parent will tell you, no matter how tough it was, they’d do it all over again. They’d probably also tell you there’s 1,001 things they’d do completely differently. Yea, there were those moments you wondered if the hospital would take a refund, but the joy of it all in the end is well worth it.
That said, don’t feel bad about the 7th cup of coffee days. We all have them. It’s just part of the ride.
